Parties Cost: $100 Appearance Fee for our event ice cream services (within 15 miles of Schenectady NY). If your party is greater than 15 miles from Schenectady NY, the Appearance Fee for our ice cream catering will be higher than the standard $100.00 due to travel time and distance for the party ice cream truck.
All prices for our event ice cream services, featuring over 40 varieties of ice cream and more than 15 types of candy, are clearly displayed on the menu board attached to our party ice cream truck.
Details:
The Cold School Bus will arrive at your party at the agreed-upon time, ready to serve. The birthday boy or girl can board the bus and hand out ice cream to their guests. Additionally, a parent of the birthday child is welcome to join them on the bus to share in this delightful ice cream catering experience.

Events that can guarantee 500 or more orders can choose from the Large Event Menu Options for our event ice cream services. All prices of products, including over 40 varieties of ice cream and more than 15 varieties of candy, are clearly posted on the menu board affixed to the ice cream bus. Details will be determined and agreed upon prior to the event, ensuring a smooth ice cream catering experience with our party ice cream truck.

COLD SCHOOL EST. 2025
The Cold School name and vision came to life through family collaboration and creativity. Enjoying sweet treats, whether with family or strangers, brings people of all ages together. Our summer memories of children with melted ice cream on their faces during hot Pennsylvania days inspired the launch of the COLD SCHOOL BUS ICE CREAM truck! With over a decade of experience in the ice cream truck business, it all began in 2014 in Macungie, PA, when Bryan and Ann Marie Tietz founded So Cool Bus LLC. Originally from the Capital Region, our family always dreamed of bringing the party ice cream truck back home to NY! When the opportunity arose, my wife and I established COLD SCHOOL BUS ICE CREAM, focusing on providing exceptional event ice cream services that are both affordable and memorable for our community. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to my friends and family for their unwavering support.
